Shannon Watson is a Registered Nurse with over 13 years of experience, specializing in enhancing Human Performance through Stretch Therapy, Private and Group Yoga, Mindfulness, and Focused Attention.
She has developed evidence-based programs for private individuals and teams which aim to, improve flexibility, mobility, and attention while reducing pain, and optimizing sleep quality.
Shannon is currently working with professional athletes, university teams, businesses, executives and private clients virtually and in person. Studio locations are within 5 minutes of downtown Columbia, SC. Limited Travel and Consultation appointments are available.

1-1 Full-Body Stretch Sessions
A one-on-one full body stretch treatment where you get to relax and let someone else do all the stretching. These sessions consist of a blend of deep assisted stretch, Sports Stretch, trigger-point release, HyperIce products and compression. The aim is to release tension, increase flexibility and reduce pain.

Private Yoga and Groups
Private or group sessions for you, your sports team, clients, employees or event. These sessions are a customized total-body deep stretch designed to boost performance, reduce pain and prevent injury. Coupled with mindfulness, these sessions deliver deep relaxation, and a mental fitness program proven to decrease stress and improve focus.
