Breathwork Development
This is not general breathwork. This is individualized nervous system training for elite performers.
Work privately with Shannon through weekly sessions and ongoing, high-touch 24/7 support to develop your breathwork and recovery strategy built specifically for your training demands, and competitive schedule.
This bespoke approach is designed to accelerate recovery, sharpen focus under pressure, and improve your ability to regulate stress at the highest level of sport.
Advanced breathwork development is integrated with red-light and sound therapy protocols to support faster recovery, nervous system resilience, and long-term athletic longevity.
This program is offered on a limited basis and reserved for committed professional athletes.

TRAINING YOUR BODY FOR THE LONG GAME
TOTAL BODY RESET
This full-body restorative stretch experience is designed to help you move better, breathe deeper, and reset from the inside out. The program combines guided restorative stretching with mindfulness-based breathwork to downshift the central nervous system, release chronic tension, and restore balance to the body.
Each session supports nervous system regulation, improves mobility and circulation, and promotes long-term joint and tissue health. By reducing stress load and enhancing recovery at a cellular level, the practice is designed to support longevity, improve overall wellness, and leave you feeling grounded, resilient, and renewed.
